The Puffy Eye Princess: Conquering Dark Circles with Style

Updated: Aug 29

Unhappy princess with dark circles under her eyes

Whether we are or wish we were a princess, we may suffer from puffy eyes and/or dark circles under the eyes for several reasons.

It could be allergies, lack of sleep, or it could be a normal part of aging and loss of moisture in our skin.

Other reasons for puffiness and dark circles may also be from the following:

~ Eye strain

~ Dehydration

~ Sun exposure or genetics

The end result is that we want to know how to get rid of them or reduce them if possible. Taking care of ourselves and getting proper sleep and rest to avoid stress is essential. When going outdoors, whether it's sunny or not, you want to be wearing good sunscreens, such as AlumierMD Clear Shield Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 42 or Sheer Hydration Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 40.

If your work is on the computer all day, remember to take breaks so you don’t feel the stress on your eyes. Hydration is so vital for our skin, so drink lots of water daily to stay well hydrated.

Sometimes we need a little extra help with our beauty routine. Thankfully, we have beauty products to help us keep our youthful, healthy, and glowing.

AlumierMD Eye Rescue

I love the name! AlumierMD Eye Rescue pads rejuvenate our delicate eye area and restore moisture to the skin, reducing the appearance of puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles. They can also help to reduce blotchiness and even out skin tone.

AlumierMD Rescue Eye Pads

How do you use Alumier MD eye rescue pads?

Chill the rescue pads in the fridge for about 20 minutes before using them. Place the pads under the eyes for 10 – 15 minutes and then remove. Some of the formulae from the pads will be left on the skin, and you simply pat it lightly around the eye area. Consider this time an important part of your self-care and me-time.

The rescue pads can be used 1-2 times per week when you find a need for extra help for puffiness or dark circles, and then you can also add a little dab of AlumierMD Brightening Eye Cream for an added boost of moisture.

AlumierMD Brighten Eye Cream can be used every day, the first thing in the morning and in the evening, before you retire. It is good for all skin types.

What a lovely gift to someone you love who may be looking for a way to reduce puffiness or dark circles and look healthy and relaxed in only a few minutes. We have Gift cards available too!

AlumierMD Eye Rescue Pads, available as a pack of four, are formulated with line-reducing MATRIXYL® Synthe'6®, brightening niacinamide and vitamin C, and moisturizing vitamin B5, and feel instantly hydrating and refreshing around the eye area.

AlumierMD Brighten Cream helps diminish the appearance of fine lines, dark circles and puffiness. It is rich in peptides and vitamins and contains tremella mushroom extract, niacinamide and murumuru butter to lighten the appearance of under-eye darkness.
